We start with scheduling a consultation over the phone or in person to get details about your property, timeline for selling and expected sale price.
At this stage we will do an in-person walkthrough allowing us to make note of all the details about the property including features, condition, upgrades, selling points and neighborhood.
We will provide you with an estimated value of your property based on its features, key selling points and comparable property sales. We may also make suggestions for things you can do to increase the value of your home such as exterior curb appeal, paint, upgrading bathroom/kitchen etc. If we agree on the price/plan, we will move onto the next stage.
If applicable, we will co-ordinate the staging of your home to allow potential buyers to see what the space will look like with furnishings. Once that is done, professional photographs and videos will be take of your property to be used for marketing.
The property will be listed on the MLS System (Multiple Listing Service) which allows it to be seen by other Realtors and potential buyers on Realtor.ca. We will also publish and market the listing on different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and host open houses.
We will present the offer/offers to you for review and ensure your conditions of the sale including price, closing date, deposit expectation etc. are captured in the documentation. Once you decide to accept an offer we will have the paper work completed for the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
