Seamless buying process

Starting with a consultation, I focus on understanding your preferences and what you are looking for in your property. It's very important to get this step right so I can make recommendations that check off all those boxes in your heart and brain! 

I scout through verified listings from the realtor database based on the information you have provided and send you these via email/message. This allows you to see these listings at your convenience and provide me with your thoughts.

I will also suggest you off-market listings from our network of local contacts. 

Next we would schedule a viewing for the properties that you have narrowed down. We can do in person showings or video call if you are not able to make it in person. 

Once you have selected a property, we work with you to write the offer and negotiate with the seller's realtor to get you the best possible price! 

Securing the property although a big step, it still doesn't mean we are done. Whether it's finding a lawyer, mortgage broker, movers, utility companies or renovators - we are there to help you with anything you may need.
